Positions Available
1. Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical and system support for our customers and are required to assist in project implementation undertaken by the Company.
  • Liaise and work closely with customer to address concerns, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Service, install and configure computer hardware and software system at customers' sites.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field of studies.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in supporting, maintaining or implementation of system, server and network related infrastructure.
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and client communication skills.


2. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Required to service existing customers, develop new accounts and be accountable for achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Generate prompt and accurate quotations for enquiries.
  • Engage in technical discussions with government officers, clients and consultants.

Requirements:
  • Minimum a Diploma in IT, Electronic Engineering or relevant skill set in similar industries with 2 years of proven technical/systems sales experience.
  • Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good sales follow up.
